Being a dancer/athlete my whole life, I have practiced and gained many skills along the way, as well as learning lots of lessons. The number ONE lesson of skill I have learned is discipline. Mind over matter is such a strong tool. All it takes is the motivation to say YES! And once your mind has committed to YES, the outside noise doesn’t matter.
My program is a mix of strength training, conditioning and toning. I have found that my mind and body feel stronger after training with consistent movements for longer periods of time at various levels of intensities, verse max weight for short segments. I have found that it builds long lasting strength as opposed to surface level. I am about building personal power and toughness to carry us for a long healthy life, not about major mass for short bouts of success.
